This is the best run QFC that I have experienced in Seattle.
Consistently full stock with lots of extra options (bigger than normal garden center, big and well run cheese and olive bars, great service at the bakery and the meat counters, etc.)
I know what you are thinking. QFC stands for ""Quality Food Center,"" not ""neighborhood nursery."" It is included on my list of best for beginning gardners on a budget because of the gorgeous plants, bushes and small border flowers that go on sale for insanely low prices regularly here. Again, you can go to any QFC, but this one is the one I frequent and it does have great variety of plants to choose from. My big ""wins"" from the garden center at this one were 4 GORGEOUS azalea bushes that I bought for a mere $6 each (what a steal! and they look terrific in my garden last spring and again now!), and very pretty alyssum plants as border flowers for my flower boxes for just $2 each. A great deal for the beginning gardner on a budget!
Pros: great service, everything in stock, great garden center
Cons: nothing
