"Tony Cuva really impressed me with his handling of this situation. I know that it is not always easy to deal with the public and you cannot always say exactly what you would like to them, but Tony, Jim, Steve and Holly were
nothing but professional and courteous! Steve Cooper is also someone that represents awesome customer service. He has a very soothing personality,
making you feel that even the worst situation will be all right.
Steve and Harley did an excellent job detailing my new vehicle! I felt as if they were working on their own cars and I truly appreciate their hard work.
Also, Earl Chandler is always so very polite, pleasant and accommodating. In spite of his own health issues he was there with a smile and taking care
of his customers. I have watched him interact with various customers as they come into the service department and his demeanor, personality and
smile calm the most upset customer. Fred Martin Nissan is very lucky to have such a special young man! While Earl was off, I often dealt with Josh who is always pleasant, flexible and carries a very calming spirit as well. Again, I know it is very stressful dealing with the public and your staff does such an amazing job.
I am so very happy with my new vehicle, I could not stop smiling and thinking to myself that true customer service is not dead, it is alive and well at Fred Martin Nissan.
