Dr. Frazier has been our vet for a lot of years. I find her to be kind, knowledgeable, and with a great deal of common sense. Being a ""helicopter"" dog Mom, I have had her calm me and yet listen to me. When we had to put our older dog down, after bouts of breast cancer which spread, she was off work but she came in the office that afternoon to perform the sad duty herself and she shed tears with us. She also has a practical side and knows when it is time to stop useless procedures and let the dog go in peace! Thank you, Denise, for all you have done for our family. more

Great Service and my dog loves them! 7/26/2011

I recently took my Shihtzu to Northshore Animal Hospital for a vomiting problem. Dr Frazier was so nice and very thorough. She figured out the problem and prescribed an antibiotic to fight the infection. I was surprised how nice the staff was to us, even the front desk clerk went out of her way to make us feel welcome. more

crappy customer service 4/22/2011

took my dog here a few years ago, the bill was outrageous because there was no value in the service. I'm ok with spending $$$ as long as I see the value, which I did not. Dr. Frazier was rude and the whole experience was terrible. What a mess, found a new vet, never looked back, now I'm happy more

I take both my puppies to Dr. Frazier. She is thorough, compassionate, an excellent listener and an extremely trustworthy vet. Without hesitation, I would recommend her practice to any pet owner. more

Don't take your pet here. I left my cat from Friday to Tues morning with them. I ask that she get a bath, her yearly checkup, shots, etc. When I went to pick her up I was told she was too mean to give an exam or bath. I thought vets were trained to deal with all animals. THIS VET MISSED THAT CLASS. more

Friendly and caring 6/3/2009

My puppy sugaree became sick. She was lethargic and was not eating or drinking. My husband and I brought her here and found out that she had parvo. We couldn't afford to hospitalize her so the vet gave us an antibiotic and an iv to put water in her back under her skin. They also gave her a shot for nausea which helped her out a lot. The next day the vet allowed me to come back so they could give her another shot the nausea. At 2:30 am she popped out of it and she was the happy puppy she once was. Thanks a lot for helping to save my precious little puppy's life. more
