A 1.2 mile pizza delivery took 1 hour 30 minutes and another 1 hour 40 minutes, yet I was told delivery would be in 35 to 40 minutes. We went for lunch and were the first two people in. I wasn't told until a half hour later that they're out of an igredient. I changed the order to a salad and it didn't arrive for another 35 minutes. In the meantime two tables filled up 15 minutes after we arrived and they were being served food within 20 minutes of sitting down. I called the manager later and he was curt and obviously just wanted me to hang up. He never apolgized but stated he would look into it and call me back which he never did. I have never been offered any sort of compensation for the poor service. This leads me to believe the staff and management truly don't care about providing good customer service. If it wasn't for the food I would have only rated them 1 star.
Pros: Food - quality and taste.
Cons: Service - strictly a gamble.
