Loved the decor, simple, but elegant. The food was great! A really tasty salad (loved the dressing!) , followed by a comforting lasagna and perfectly seasoned and tender chicken piccata. Reminds me of the food in Bologna, not overly salty like so many Italian-American places. Amazing to find a taste of Europe in the middle of Sandy, Utah! more

I am a girl who can appreciate some good authentic italian food, and that is exactly what Fratelli has to offer! My family and I visit Fratelli Ristorante very often because we always feel so welcome! The staff is so kind and the service is amazing. One of my favorite things to get is their mouthwatering meatball sandwich...all i have to say is WOW! Their meatballs are homemade daily, and by far the best I have ever had!! The entrees are big and very well priced, and it is a promise that you wont be disappointed with their menu:) This is one of my absolute favorite restaurants and I will definitely be back very soon:) Pros: Great staff, amazing food and good service!! FounBd this place by accident,...warm, welcoming and the staff made our party feel like family. Have been back once a week or more since finding it a few months ago. A friend travels from downtown SLC and drives by 20+ Italian restaurants just to get their home made daily meatballs... The lunch menu is great and well priced. The meats are the finest grade and generously applied to each of the panini, COME HUNGRY. Dinner is even better,...great wine list, educated staff and romantic setting make it perfect for date night. The pesto pizza is a crowd pleaser every time. Still haven't had dessert,...because the entrees are so big! See you there this week for our weekly Tuesday business meeting! Our party of five had all different menu items. Each one was very tasty and very hot. The halibut was flaky and so delicious. The service started out slow, but by the end of the meal he was attentive and we so enjoyed our meal. Recommend this restaurant highly. The menu prices are not exorbitant, very affordable. Only draw back is the dinning area is very public. You can hear everyone else and they can hear your conversation. For our group it ended up being the entertainment of the night. I personally do not enjoy eating in a booth, but we made it work for us. We are going again! Pros: Tasty & Hot Cons: Don't like booth seating more

Has the atmosphere and food of a high class restaurant but it doesnt reflect that on the prices. Low cost and High quality. \r \r I had the Pesto Pizza last night and it was soooo good and not over cooked haha (not sure what pinkie999 is thinking). Authentic food and great service. The staff were very rude. Let them know that my food was over cooked and got treated very badly afterward. There are much better places in Salt Lake City for Italian food. This place obviously does not make their food fresh and teaches their staff that the customer is always wrong. Cons: Rude staff and overcooked food more
