Fratelli Coffee Company

We have been buying from Fratelli for over 5 years. Never had a problem with coffee or service. Beans are always fresh and roast is consistent. Customers love the coffee, need I say more.... more

I start as a Fratelli in '92. Good product fair price,then. After Lee bought into the company everything went down hill, especially the service. We pulled our brewers and started buying from another company regular and decaf. Then our espresso , now we won't buy flavored from them either. I spent $750 to have them overhall my espresso machine. and them 3 weeks later when the group head started to leak Lee told me ""well we didn't replace that so you have to buy the part and pay service charge to put it in. We did not get an itemized list of the repair. My bad. When I objected to that and told him how the service was horrible and that I will not buy one more bean from them again and that the name of Fratelli Coffee is no good any more this guy said he didn't care and I could go f#@k myself. He is a real class act. more
