We found Liz's work to be pretty careless. She missed several important issues when reviewing the Purchase and Sale Agreement. When negotiating with the other lawyer, she gave up very easily on items that were important to us. We were sorry that we had engaged her, and felt that we could have done much better with a different attorney. more

Liz Frantz is a real estate attorney who works in Boston. She has handled several real estate transactions for my family and has always been trustworthy, reliable, knowledgable, and has made a stressful process so easy! I can't say enough good things about her. Liz will work as your advocate in the transaction and when you get her bill at the end, you will not be disappointed. She is very fair and reasonable. more
