I recently saw Dr. Franta at the Shepherd Eye Center and was really impressed. I had never been to him before, but I had an emergency with an eye infection and had to see somebody. I was really pleasantly surprised by him. He was very kind, gentle and thorough. He took his time and did not try to hurry me out the door. The thing that I was most impressed with was that he asked me about my prescription insurance plan to make sure that I would be able to afford the medication he was prescribing because he would find another more affordable one if I could not afford it. I will definitely go to him next time I have a problem with my eye.
