Took my first car to this guy10 years ago - still have the car and it looks as good as the day it was done. I have taken several others to him too and recommend him to all my friends. Can't go wrong with this shop more

From start to finish, these guys are great; friendly, respectful, professional, plenty of information, quality work, no hard sell. They really want to deliver exactly what the customer wants. I highly recommend Frank's Window Tinting. more

Stupid... he wont keep your appointment 3/7/2009

I made an appointment for a Saturday. He seemed to be ok with the idea and even told me that Saturday is usually his busiest day and if i had to cancel please call. I would have if i did but i would have thought he would have the same courtesy to call me to cancel. Well i drove from poulsbo, wa to his business that includes a $20 ferry ride (round trip) and when i got there he wasn't. I called 5 or 6 times knocked on the door and waited for 30 min still nothing. DON'T USE HIS SERVICES YOU WILL BE SORRY Cons: WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY more

Don't Bother 7/3/2008

Got a referral to go to this guy and called him on the phone. He sounded like a great guy and seemed to really know his product / business so I made an appointment. Drove about 1 1/2 hours for the appointment and he decided not to show. Called him up and no answer. Left a message and no call back. Don't waste your time. I would choose zero stars but this website won't let me. Cons: Um, not reliable more

Don't Expect Frank To Keep Your Appointment 2/26/2008

I was really happy when I first called Frank to make my appointment, he was very nice and had a great professional attitude. But when I showed up for my appointment, not only was the store closed, there was no sign up for why it was closed, no note saying he'll be back, and when I called his number no answer. I left a voicemail asking him to call me back, and I never heard back. I'm not giving my business to someone who obviously doesn't care if he stays in business or not. I'm surprised he's been around for so long! more

Great Window Tint 7/6/2006

I called Frank and he came to my house and performed the window tint service on my 325I right in my garage. The windows look great and I personally watched the job being done so I can say he is very qualified and has a great attention to detail. I would recommend this company to anybody. Pros: Great job on the windows more
