Excellent 7/29/2002

Franks is great! We stumpled into this place at 10:30pm after a long day on Bourbon street in March. This place was like a scene from ""Good Fellas"". The food was excellent! Mufflata's are the best! We were sung to and were treated like Kings. The staff was very hospitable. They made our whole experience. Go there! more
