Frank's is the place to go for breakfast in the morning or any other time there open. The luch & luch speacials are great too. I suggest the country fried steak & eggs. The sausage the serve is great too. Be sure to say hi to Frank. He'll be the big guy going aound & talking with all the customers! more

Frank's Place caters to Military and all others. 1/26/2006

He is the best value in Oak Harbor. Frank is the best...Just stop by on Thanksgiving day and receive your free turkey meal. Now what other place takes care of their patrions like that. Pros: Good Food, Good climate, Good service more

Frank is Great 11/29/2004

Awesome food, friendly service, if you have a baby they will give him a free tour. The best is the steaks when Frank has them. A trip to Oak Harbor isn't complete unless you stop at Franks. more
