Bad Customer Service & Overcharging 1/16/2010

The owner, manager, and waitstaff are extremely rude. We were charged more on our bill than the prices listed on the menu board for the items we had ordered. When we asked for this simple "mistake" to be corrected, the owner/manager refused to change it, insisting that he had given us "more" food. He then cursed at us. We will not be returning. more

Scammers - Bait & Switch Pricing 1/5/2010

Beware: Frank will charge you more than the menu price because he "gave you more shrimp." Then he will argue with you and curse at you. Instead of eating at Frank's, try one of the many comparable establishments in the Lex/BV area that will not try to scam you. more

One of my favorite places to eat 8/17/2005

Franks is the type of place that you probably wouldn't go into unless you were from the town. For the first year we lived in Lexington we never went there, then a local brought us there and we loved it. Excellent pizza, including a killer lunch special and $5 pizza night. They also serve up a delicious steak and cheese sub that is huge. All in all, Franks is a great place to eat. more
