Three different people recommended me to take my car to Frank's at different times. I took the advice and have been so grateful. Turns out I was out of gas and the meter didn't show. Frank charged me for the two gallons of gas that he put in it, and nothing more. \r

Another time, I took my car to get the oil changed and was told that both CV axles were broken. I took it to Frank's to have the repairs done and he told me that one was slightly cracked, but didn't necessarily need to be fixed yet, and the other was fine. I didn't do the work then, and later (about a year) when I did fix the CV axle he charged me exactly what he said he would, explained exactly what he did, and had it done before he said he would. \r
