The old pullman car keeps getting voted ""best breakfast in spokane"" by readers of the Inlander, and for good reason. Since it's an old railroad car, seating is tight. Since the food is better than average it's also crowded and not the cheapest place downtown. But if it's a Sunday late morning and you've got a hollow leg, Frank's is THE place to shovel down a large omlette with a plate full of fresh hashbrowns smothered in sausage gravy.
