never have I paid so much money for an alternator and belt. I've never paid more than maybe $100 hundred forty dollars for a alternator and the cost for man hours is a little expe...

Good service 7/26/2013

Friendly, good service, got my car back on the road. We had some kind of communication issue. We dropped our car off on Saturday for a Monday diagnosis and repair and I had not heard anything by Monday mid-day and called in. Next call I got was Tuesday telling me the car was ready. Not sure where the disconnect was, but it all worked out. Will definitely be back in the future. more

This place is awesome!!!! The people there are so nice and caring! They will look at your truck from bumper to bumper to ease and thoughts that you may have! They are honest! I will be be back again! The only shop I truly trust! My truck was in and out before I even realized it! more

Friendly service. 7/1/2013

Had issues with the fan clutch on my ford truck. Was referred by a few friends to try Frank's automotive. Since I usually handle all my vehicle repairs, I was hesitant to have someone else do the work. After picking it up and driving it a few days, I am pleased to say.... Finally a mechanic shop that appears to have done the work to my expectations the first time. more

Very friendly and helpful, no pressure 4/3/2013

Discount Tire in New Braunfels recommended Frank's to us. 3 of the 5 lug nuts of the right front tire broke off. They were able to get the vehicle in and fixed in under 48 hours. Getting the work done was stress free. They kept me informed on the status of the repair. Will definelty return, when the need arises. more
