My service was absolutely excellent. I was greeted with a neighborly smile at the desk and was checked in. The waiting room is immaculate, warm and seasonally decorated. I was taken home in their comfortable shuttle and was notified by phone when my car would be ready. When the car was ready I was notified and was picked up and brought back to the shop. The service men were all neat and clean. I was handed the bill and the courtesy check sheet for the underhood inspection. All was in order. The car windows were bright and shining, the car interior was clean and it ran like a top! My whole experience was one of careful and expert attention to detail, cheery pride in their work, all with the utmost politeness. I would and do recommend Franks's to anyone looking for expert, thorough service. !
