Yes the prices are good, which is why we have purchased 2 dishwashers, a fridge and a washer/dryer set from them. HOWEVER, our 2 service experiences have been extremely poor: 1) during the installation of the washer/dryer I was told the doors could not be changed. Later that day I was reading the manual and it clearly stated the doors COULD be changed. Had to call them back for a return visit.
2) they referred us to someone for the installation of a gas line for the dryer. He installed it so the dryer could not be pushed close to the wall. Another phone call for a visit to correct that installation.
3) Our month old dishwasher stopped cleaning the dishes on the upper rack and the 24 hour timer had not been working from time of purchase. Had a repair man take a look only to be told there was nothing wrong with the upper rack sprayer although we told him it was not spinning. Did not believe that our timer wasn't working.
We called back the next day after the timer once again did not work and the dishes did not clean, and arranged for a 2nd appointment, which finally resulted in getting the repairman to order parts for us.
It's ridiculous to have to call these people twice in all 3 cases to get the results we need. A new oven and microwave are next on our list and I will seriously consider purchasing them elsewhere.
