I think we have used this company in the past (with complications) but when my mother in law purchased a bouquet on 1800 flowers for my wife, the order was sent to Franklin Street...

I think we have used this company in the past (with complications) but when my mother in law purchased a bouquet on 1800 flowers for my wife, the order was sent to Franklin Street Florist for fulfillment. What we received was a far cry from the order purchased. When my wife tried to get resolution from Franklin Street Florist she got a very rude lady on the phone who said that 1800 Flowers charges them 20% combined with their own delivery charge....so even though my mother in law purchased an $85 bouquet, what they actually fulfill is worth $50. Told them to kick rocks and called 1800 Flowers and had the full amount refunded...which was $101 btw. I told them about Franklin Street Florist and hopefully they will stop using them and give their future business to someone else. I will not use them again and will make sure any online orders dont go through them again also. more

Excellent Service 10/22/2010

I needed some flowers in a pinch for my wife's birthday. I stopped by Franklin Street Florist and they took great care of me. They were able to throw a bouquet together for me on the spot. The flowers looked great, the price was very reasonable, and everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely do business with them again and would, without a doubt, recommend them to others. more

Flowers are average 5/25/2005

Heitts Florist has a good assortment of flowers, but I found that they do not last as long as I would like. The arrangements are not as full as some other florists in town. more
