Love Dr. Ingram!!! 9/22/2011

Dr. Ingram diagnosed my Terrier mix and suggested prolo therapy. Worked like a charm. Saved her from surgery. He is very clear, thoughtful and supportive. He loves animals and goes beyond the call of duty. I also use Dr. Terry Brockman. I like to consult with both vets. I have never felt overcharged. I do not have to wait more than a few minutes to see the doctor. My experience has been invaluable! more

I have two rules which i go by in life rule #1 you cant please everyone and rule #2 you cant change rule #1\r \r Dr. Ingram is great he was very understanding and listened to all of my concerns about my little buddy Petey. When we went there i was looking into prolotherepy for him, we found out he had allergies to his food and switched him we also put him on three herbs and glucosomine. he has been like a puppy now and he is 11!!!! ty ty ty Dr. Ingram you have given my little buddy a new lease on life , I thought i was going to have to say goodbye soon but now we are playing and laughing again, and his back is soooooo much better.\r \r If you expect overnight miracles dont go, if you are willing to wait for the maximum effect then it is well worth it, as the problems are gone not just the symptoms.\r \r I am looking forward to many more years of quality time with petey now and not just an existance. The girls there are great too!!\r Keep up the work dont let the doubters get you down. more

Dr. Ingram is GREAT!!! 11/9/2010

Dr. Ingram is a wonderful veterinarian and gets amazing results. My 5yr old dachshund Sammy started having severe back pain 10/16/2010. We didn't know why he was crying and couldn't jump on the bed, but after x-rays and veterinary visits, we were told he had 3 bad discs, one was extremely bad. He had laser treatment, medication and lots of rest and got progressively worse, to the point that his hind legs became paralyzed before one week had passed. Our veterinarian recommended we take Sammy to Dr. Ingram...she couldn't do anything else for him and the neurologist said he needed surgery, which would cost $5K to $7K and there was only a 50/50 chance he would walk again. It broke our hearts to see him dragging his legs around and crying. Dr. Ingram examined him and told me that it would take a few weeks but that he would have him walking again. He gave Sammy a chiropractic adjustment and 20 minutes of ultrasound on his spine. He recommended a better dog food...we thought we were giving hi more

BEWARE 7/26/2010

Dr. Ingram was recommended to me originally but am sorry I went. They are nice but they overcharge. He perscribed 10 different medications to Boomer and the more I thought about it the dumber I felt. I looked up every one and 3 of them is used for cancer, others for lime disease, others for heart and immune problems and arthritis Considering the fact Boomer is 16 I guess he figured enough meds he would accidently hit the nail on the head. He covered everything for a senior. However Boomer does not have cancer. The only business he probably gets is new business. I won't go back. I paid 357.00. On another note I could of researched meds myself and saved the money. I don't think he is knowlegeable so much but studies what others have done. more

Franklin Road Animal Hospital is the BEST vet in town! 12/2/2009

I learned of Dr. Ingram through the Yellow Pages in 2007. He was my last resort with my golden. I thought he must've had a brain tumor. It was the only logical thing I could think of to explain his erradic behavior. The first vet wanted to put him on Prozac. I knew of Kinesiology as my chiropractor had used it on me several times. When its performed correctly, the results are amazing! Thus, when this was performed on my dog I never thought twice about it. I spent money on supplements, changed his food, he received two/three chiropractic adjustments, and within months he as a whole new dog. Better then he was before he began havin issues. His issues stemmed from lack of nutrition from the previous dog food, Pedigree, andhis back so tight he could barely move. He's about 10 and runs like a puppy! I would highly recommend Dr. Ingram and Franklin Road Animal Hospital to any person who loves their pets. Traditional medicines are more damaging and only suppress illness. Holistic and homeop more

Franklin Road Animal Hospital is the only way to go... 8/29/2009

I feel the need to defend Dr. Ingram and his amazing practice. Although it is practiced all over the country Dr. Ingram is one of the only Holistic Veterinarian in Tennessee. What most people do not realize is that conventional medicine can be dangerous to your health and your pet's health. I have seen first hand Dr. Ingram's gift to cure animals of illnesses including cancer, severe arthritis, allergies, kidney failure, paralysis etc. with all natural ingredients. Many of Dr. Ingram's clients come to him as a last resort having already sent their pet to have extremely invasive surgeries that did nothing. Or they have been told that euthanasia is the only option, but Dr. Ingram saved the life of their pet. Dr. Ingram, his wife and his staff are all devout Christians and give credit to the LORD for their gift of healing. You MUST and I mean MUST enter his establishment with an open mind and a willingness to learn. The form of medicine practiced is in one word...weird, but extremely accu more

Well . . . 6/28/2009

I took my girl to see Dr. Ingram because she had terrible allergies and she was scratching all the time and I felt so sorry for her. He did the AK and I was really skeptical at first because, well, come on. How could that possibly work? But he didn't load us up with supplements. He suggested a switch in diet, he sold none of the food he recommended so it's not like he was gaining anything there, and we had very few supplements. I followed his instructions and within two weeks we saw an improvement in her. Maybe we just got lucky and she really is allergic to chicken? These reviews shock me, but they also make me wonder, actually. I thought we had a pretty good experience, but yeah. Now I do have something to think about. more

Highly displeased 5/29/2009

I was very displeased from the moment I arrived at 12 noon for my appointment and the doctor was nearly an hour late. While I was sitting in the waiting area with my dog, I over heard inappropriate conversations among the staff. By the time the doctor had arrived, my dog had become nervous and stressed when it came time to begin the exam. Recently my dog has had difficulty urinating. Doctor Ingram made a few suggestions, then he tells me about this "applied kinesiology". Next, they begin to test my dog. I was skeptical from the start. He put my dog on human vitamins and the problem remains unsolved. My bill was outrageous. The vitamins were way over priced, as I compared them to on-line prices. The animal hospital seemed dirty and had a foul odor. Not like the other hospitals I have visited in the past. To top this off I did some research on applied kineiology and this is what I learned. Applied kinesiology should take its place next to all the other diagnostic tools avail more

SCAM ARTIST: Get ready to be overcharged and miss diagnosed. 4/28/2009

Dr. Ingram uses applied kinesiology as his main way of diagnosis. Dr. Ingram uses this to his advantage to find any supplement that he can convince you to purchase. Almost every animal is allergic to chicken. Even the Vet Tech that works there admitted to me that his diagnosis is usually not right. They use this holistic medicine to take advantage of the clients he serves. Expect your bill to be $200-$300 for the initial consult. My animal was diagnosed with chicken allergies. He was itching his hair and skin off, and all the things Dr. Ingram had me do didn't work. I took him to a real Vet and told them my story and they ridiculed Dr. Ingram and claimed that they here the same story about him every week. What tops it off, is that this man claims to be a Devote Cristian. His wife even joked with me about getting a second mortgage on our house so we can pay our vet bill. more
