The clinical nurse was used as a doctor for pre admission testing. She found so much wrong with my mom to cancel her surgery AND have more test done ($$$$). Not necessary. I think...

I have been a patient of The Franklin Clinic for 7 years. I have found Dr. Van Voorhis to be extremely compassionate, caring and very receptive to my concerns, complaints, and input. I truly feel like I am a partner in my care plan and am respected as a patient. \r I find the staff to be kind and compassionate as well.\r I wish everyone could have Dr. VanVoorhis as their doctor! more

Too much knowledge 12/3/2009

The clinical nurse was used as a doctor for pre admission testing. She found so much wrong with my mom to cancel her surgery AND have more test done ($$$$). Not necessary. I think the preadmission testing should be conducted by a real doctor. I was not impressed by this clinic and hope to never have to go back there again! more

If you weren't sick... 4/3/2009

If You can make it past the rude customer services receptionists, you are getting close to some impersonal care... If you need to make contact via phone settle in for about 20 minutes of waiting. I have been a client for a year. Each visit I hope for things to get better. No such luck. You may as well drive down bridge street to the city park and give your money to the animals that honestly quack! Pros: In the hospital complex Cons: Too many to list more
