I am always happy with the level of service and quick turnaround times for oil changes and tire rotations. They always have filters and light bulb for last minute fixes too! more

Another Great Experience at Franklin Auto 5/14/2014

With a lifetime oil change contract, I am in and out in a short time with all the fluids checked and an overall check of the vehicle. Everyone is friendly and the time in those "chairs" is kept at a minimum.. more

Great help in crisis 3/16/2014

We had a tire blowout just up the street from Franklin Auto Service on the way to the airport. Franklin Auto Service was busy but reacted immediately to my crisis. After determining there was no spare, they drove us home to get our other car. While we were on vacation, they replaced the tire and parked it in my driveway for less than I would have paid elsewhere for the tire. more
