Review for Frankies Sports Bar 10/10/2011

I have been going there for lunch for a long time. For some reason, I can't seem to get a Burger cooked the way I ordered. Last time I was in there, the people that came in after us, received there food first, then I got my burger and it was wrong. The waitress took it back, brought me back another on and it was just about raw in the middle. I COULDN'T EAT THIS. They fixed me a third one to go and paid for my meal. Today I go and order a burger and she comes out with a BLT. I don't believe this! This is the 3rd time and there only excuse is every one is new. I said since this has happened to me 2 other time, this needs to be brought to the managers attention. Do you think he would bother to come to the table to discuss it. NOPE! I will never go back to FRANKIE's to eat since they don't seem to care more

Horrible Service and Bad Bad Bad Food 9/28/2011

Where do I begin???? BAD BAD BAD\r \r I felt this was needed, as I never ever write reviews. But when you send out under-cooked meat, you got to let people know about it.... \r \r \r Heres the story...\r \r Sent Burger back three times, and new head cook still could not get order right. Waitress was complaining that he was new, and would not listen to any of the servers. Had to get my order to go, since everyone else was finished with their lunch. Burger was under-cooked and almost raw when I bit into it back at the office. Eat at your own Risk. Its obviously they don't care if the food is not fully cooked. I felt like calling to let them know the fourth issue, but realized it would be a lost cause.....\r \r Also, I noticed that an individual got up to use the restroom and they bussed his table while he was gone. They had to make him another lunch.\r \r Eat at your own Risk.... Tuesday, 9/28/11 around 11:45 AM more

Frankies is the Best! 6/4/2011

It was Mavs night again and crowd was starting to fill up the place. I found a table with our guys and saw these group of guys that I see them all the time when I am up there. There was a table reserved with the name OWNERS and another one where we were sitting by. All of sudden the manager, ( Bill was in Lewisville) came to this table and picked up the reserved sign and just ripped it up in front of the guest. we were next to them and we were so shocked. She then tried to explain to them that she just got her butt chewed by a guest so then started to ask how many do they have? She was pretty loud . These guys at the long table said , we have about 10 to 12 coming. The manager then said well we can't save seats.\r Well, as the night went that party of 10 to 12 turned into 40 to 50, and most of them was standing. There is no bad seat in the house. I asked our server who were these guys, and she said they always come here and everyone know everyone. Our server later came to our table and said that there are other group here too. At the 3D tv section and guys at the bar. She said that what I make in 3 closing shifts, she will make it tonight. As their server keeps bringing buckets of beers all night, she had tears in her eyes, one of the guys at that table asked what was wrong, her whole self changed. She was fun and making her guest feel great to uncomfort and not knowing and sad.\r I was very disappointed and uncomfortable in the beginning of the game, I asked our food runner what was that lady's name and He said Ji,Ji or something like that. He mentioned that alot of people don't like her and she is about to leave. ( I don't think he was spose to tell me that ) but I just want to say that my wife and our friends felt awkward when she ripped that sign up in front of them. I could only imagine what those guys felt. Please keep making Frankies great. We love that place and I can see so does many others. Maybe Bill needs to dress up in Mavs Mascot every night. THANK YOU FRANKIE'S. more
