Terrible taste 4/7/2011

My 3 yr old got the Frankford Candy & Chocolate Nickelodeon Egg Hunt Adventure Candy-Filled Eggs as an early easter present from Grandma. Looked perfect with Dora & Diego on the eggs. She was so excited. Then we tasted the candy...horrible! The worst candy I have ever tasted. Resembled pez but tasted like chalk. We even spit the candies out! So disappointed. Checked the expiration date and they were good utill 2013. Also, made in China. They must not taste their product over there before selling here. Do not waste your money on these and beware if you buy them for young relatives because who really knows what is in these!! more

Easter chocolate solid eggs 3/23/2008

My mom had actually opened up a bag of these chocolate eggs and to come to her surprise there was a piece of rubber that was in the bag. If my nephews or nieces were over they could of grabbed this and choked on it. This candy place is a dangerous place for candy. I will never buy from here again! more

I bought my daughter a spongebob lollipop ring and it contained metal shavings. I hope that this is an isolated incident and there are no other suckers out there like this. more

Dangerous Candy 10/31/2007

Frankford Candy maker... Just had a Dora and Diego Lollipop and it cut my tongue. The edges of many of these are very sharp. not to mention made in China!! Buyers beware. If we cut ourselves as adults??? what about our children??? Cons: Dangerous. Sharp edges on candy more

I want to know why Frankford Candy Company, one of the largest candy compaines in America, is buying candy produced in China? I have a box of Easter candy that says clearly on the back ""Product of China"". I would like to know if this candy is contaminated. My children have already eaten some. Cons: distributing candy from China more
