Frank Myers Auto Maxx

I got a car from Frank Myers Auto Maxx in Winston-Salem. I finally got the money up to take the car to my mechanic and was told that the car needed $4000.00 worth of repairs. I call the Frank Myers Auto Maxx and was told them about it and was told that I could trade the car in and get another auto loan from their company. Frank Myers Auto Maxx is are the worst company that I have ever had to deal with in and trust me I will never, never do business with them again! Buyer Beware! more

We were lied to and deceived by the team at Frank Myers Auto Maxx on Jan 7, 2013! They were very crooked in telling me that they offered an ""estimated tax refund"" deal that would be just that, use your estimated tax refund as a down pmt! When we went in, NOT only is it a ""refund anticipation loan"", but they dont even offer it! I took my fiance with a broken hand and my three children out there just to waste 2 hours to find all of this out! The staff could care LESS about our feelings of deceit and even gave my children popcorn in a GARBAGE BAG! Tracy Myers contacted me the same night with his sincere apologies and assured me the staff would be handled per policy. I do NOT recommend doing business with this team, but i will say Tracy is an asset to the Company. more

I really liked this place. The grounds were clean, there was a big selection of cars, everyone was friendly and it was a fun upbeat environment. I got the car I wanted with a lot less hassle and better deal than I got at the Ford store. more

When our only car broke down, all the other dealerships told us that they couldn't help us and Frank Myers Auto Maxx was our saving grace. They were polite and helped us get a dependable car to get to work and the kids to school. We are in debt to them forever for helping us when we were in a bad spot. more

This company lies and will tell you they can put you in a car. This statement is not true. If you choose Option 1 which is having someone co-sign, They want to actually put the car in that person's name. So you really do not own anything! Everybody is Riding, but the deal is in someone else's name. They will string you along for weeks if you let them. AND you will never get a 1000.00 dollars. My experience with Frank Myers Auto Maxx & my salesman Bud Davis has been excellent in every respect. Bud's attention to detail and patience in answering all of my questions and concerns along the way very refreshing and reassuring. Thank you for the help! I have owned my Toyota Camry taht I bought from Frank Myers Auto Maxx for more than 2 years and I've NEVER had any problems with it at all. It had 65,000 miles when I bought it and has more than 100,000 now. This is the best used car I have ever bought and that's why I went back last week to shop for my mother a car from Frank Myers. The service was great as always. the staff are the best at any car lot that I've ever shopped at and the selection is massive. The parking was jamm packed the day I went over there and the atmosphere was very hectic just like it was the time I bought my Camry. We worked with Bruno and he was great salesperson. I would recommend him to anyone. Negotiations were easy plus very quick. We left with a Jeep Grand Cherokee, a midnight blue one that my mom loved. It came with the free lifetime warranty just like my Camry did and it's an unbeatable deal in my opinion. I would tell anyone looking for a car to go to Frank Myers Auto Maxx for a good deal. It was a joy to do business with Frank Myers Auto Maxx. Car shopping gets a bad rap and I understand why. I've had my bad times at car lots in the past. But shopping at Frank Myers Autos was different. From the beginning when I got out of my car, they had a way to make me feel at home. I worked with Branden and bought a Chevrolet HHR. I got a call a few minutes ago from someone at Frank Myers Auto Maxx. The person said her name was Jill and she was from an Extreme Satisfaction Team and asked me if I could share my Frank Myers experiences online. So I agreed. Since buying my Jetta, I have received numerous compliments on my car because it is so nice. I get a call from the customer service dept every month to ask me if everything is still ok with my car and they ask me if I am still happy. I say yes. When buying my Jetta, the Frank Myers Auto people were so happy for so long. Either they were on something or they loved where they were working. I tend to think it is they are so happy because it is a happy place. Happy music with balloons, popcorn and drinks. It's like happy hour at the car lot for God sakes. Would I go back again? We, like most people, are intimidated, when it comes to car shopping. We have been purchasing another car every 2 or 3 years, and this was our very first time shopping at Frank Myers Auto Maxx. When we drove into this dealership, they were waving us into a parking spot. We were approached by a really nice guy and he thanked us for coming in (WOW! A young man with manners. What a surprise). We felt right at home and got a good car that we had been shopping for and helped us with some good financing. Also know that this is a very energetic place with fun stuff going on and at times can be very loud and ""over the top"". My teenage son said it was like Las Vegas at a car dealership. LOL! So if you are looking for your mom and dads car dealership, this is not it. Pros: Lots of cars to choose from, financing was easy, fun place Cons: Great all the way around more

Rolling up in my Magnum to trade for a Charger, I had my ""guns loaded"" and ready to fire. This wasn't my first car shopping rodeo and it won't be my last. However, I had been screwed by car dealers before and it wasn't gonna happen again. I set my eyes on a salesman and expected him to pounce at any moment. Surprisingly, it never happened. Instead, I got a big smile and a wave. Something smelled fishy to me so I still had my guard up. I'm happy to report that the ""fish"" never emerged. What happened instead was that I got my new Charger in a pressure free environment. These are some of the friendliest people I've ever met at any retail establishment and coming from a cynic like me, that is a huge compliment. Great experience and a super Dodge Caliber that my family and I are really enjoying. I traded in my deceased husbands old car because, sadly, he won't need it anymore. Frank Myers Auto gave me much more than the other dealers in Winston offered. They were also nice enough to let me into their Unsung Heroes program because my husband was in the military. God bless them for that and God bless them for caring enough to actually do as they say they will do. More like a carnival than a car dealer, Frank Myers Auto Maxx was a very fun place to visit and go shopping for a car. I went there because I heard they didn't pay there salesman commission and I can't stand going to a car dealership and being attacked by the sharks. I didn't buy a car there because of a change in my job situation, but when I am ready the first place I will go is Frank Myers. I also liked that all the prices were on the cars. No guessing game. Plus they had a money back guarantee. I'm not sure of the exclions but I am sure there are some. Check with them for details. They person I worked with was extra attentive to me and answered all of my questions thouroughly. Overall, a great experience and a good asset to the community. Pros: Bent over backwards to help me. I have purchased two vehicles from Frank Myers Auto Maxx. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and have done so in the past. The salesperson let me take my time and select the vehicle I wanted and did not pressure me into a quick sale. The salesman knew this would be an investment that I would put my hard earned money into and did not rush me like most dealers to hurry in and hurry out for the next sale. I have purchased two Dodge trucks and have not had one problem from either vehicle. The warranty that came with the vehicle is excellent. This dealership reminds me of the dealers of old when they cared about what you purchased and made sure you could afford it. I was offered drinks and a snack to make sure my experience was pleasant. Most dealers today rush you into a vehicle whether you can afford it or not and dont offer that caring feeling. Frank Myers Auto Maxx is defnitely the best used car dealer on the east coast, if you dont believe me look at the recent award that was received that no one else arouond has received for their customer service and quality of vehicles. One of the biggest selling points for me was on the door going into the business where it has store hours listed for Sunday it says ""Closed"" because I know where Mr Myers is on Sunday where we all should be and thats church! I bought a 2007 Ford Explorer from Frank Myers Auto Maxx this weekend. It was the third car I have bought from them. All of the employees are friendly, the building is clean, and the overall atmosphere is upbeat. I considered other dealers for this car purchase and even shopped around for the best deal but I keep going back to Uncle Franks. I get good deals everytime and now they have this worry free car buying thing that I love. I got a free warranty for as long as I own the Explorer and a money back guarantee if I decide I don't like it. I also got a repeat customer discount and it's what they call a VIP discount. Let me start by saying that I have never written a review anywhere for anything. My family has bought several cars from Frank Myers over the years, about 7. We have loved them all and gotten good deals. Anthony was my salesperson and helped me get my Expedition. He asked me for a co-signer and I didn't have one so he offered me their everybody rides program. That is where my 2003 Expedition came from. My downpayment was $800 not 1500-2500 like some places. We have had the Expedition 2 years and only replaced the serpenteen belt after 27,000 miles we put on it. We have sent several family members and friends and church members that have got cars from Frank Myers and they are all happy with their purchases. I can assure you from our many experiences at Frank Myers Auto that we will go back again. Pros: Helped me get the car I wanted. Free warranty. Free vehicle history report.
