STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! 3/22/2011

I agree with the other reviews ~ the staff does seem inexperienced and for what I got it was WAY overpriced. I went in for a simple trim, blowdry & style. I was talked into putting layers in my hair because he told me it would give my hair more body ~ I thought he was going to put layers underneath in the back only. Well, let's just say my hair is about 5 different lengths now! I can't even put it in a ponytail! What a joke! I think I'll go where my husband goes from now on ~ the haircuts there are only $12.00 and they seem to be more friendly & talented! Do yourself a favor and either cut your hair yourself or go to a cheaper place!!! more

Inexperienced 10/28/2008

I stopped going to this Frank Gironda b/c the staff just seems so inexperienced. I actually had a colorist who was very experienced so that looked good but their spa services aren't good and the staff's attitude is horrible. They just seem really stuck-up and are very rude to their clients. I have also received updo's from here and while it looked good in the salon but about 30 mins later once I started to move around a little, my hair just started falling out of the updo. When I called back to complain, they didn't care, basically said well either come back in or we're not going to do anything about it. I would recommend going to a Great Clips or SuperCuts before going here for a haircut or updo. more

slow service 11/9/2005

I got my nails done from here once before. I thought they did a pretty good job. I never went back though because their service was really slow. It took me a long time to just get my nails done. more

So-so salon not so great anymore 7/24/2005

I started going to this salon a few years after it opened (20 yrs. ago) and it has changed drastically. You can basically get anywhere from your hair and nails done, to airbrushed make-up and spa treatments. They do have a friendly staff, but it's a lot younger than it was before. I noticed the staff change and the younger staff did not pay attention and seemed less qualified. My color and highlight jobs were getting worse here. I'm not as happy as I was before with this salon. I feel it went downhill a little and they are trying to be more modern and compete with upscale salons now, taking the focus away from performing better and making the customer very pleased with the results.
