Pleasant despite the 100 degree, sunshiny day. You provided caring representatives for the customers. By standards in the United Methodist Church--you provided radical hospitality, extravagant generosity in unbelievable surroundings, you provided intentional knowledge development, and demonstrated risk-taking mission for the company. Even though we are the consumer, the process of trading in one vehicle, purchasing a new one, and having to refinance all seemed so easy. more

He wend above and beyond to asssit me and answer all my questions and most important he demonstrated integrity and honestly during the past several weeks. Mike made us welcomed and comfortable immediately the moment we arrived. He looked like waiting for us. He was very courteous, friendly and full of information. He was smiling all the time (in front of us) and slowly and deliberately explained to us the features contained in the car. He made us feel we got the worth of our money. Overall experience can be expressed only by the word fantastic! more

it was fantastic! i purchased an 05 Jeep Wrangler at joplin fletcher 5 years ago...my kids have gotten bigger so i had to get a bigger vehicle. i came back to fletcher because my experince in 07 was so great! that salesman was Dirk... Dan Clark was wonderful also...he was laid back and not pushy at all. i knew exactly what i wanted and what i needed for my 05 jeep trade in...Dan, Matt and Josh are AWESUME! i wouldn't go anywhere else! :) more

My salesman was amazing! He was courteous and informative. He worked with me and had great patience. There was no high pressure sales involved. I had some issues with the service department and still my salesman was working hard to get my needs met. more

We bought a new Prius from Fletcher. Our salesman, Dan, was very diligent without being pushy. He was always available by phone and by email to answer our questions. He personally delivered the car to us from Joplin to Springdale, AR and showed us how to use all of the car's features. We will definitely recomend Fletcher Toyota to our friends. Thanks! more

Great buying experience all the way 12/15/2011

Steve Baysinger did a very good job of answering all of our questions. We definitely would refer our family and friends to Fletcher Auto Group. Our last vehicle was bought from Fletcher Toyota. It would be hard to describe the best part of our buying experience as I feel we had a good experience all the way through the sale. We would like to thank Steve for all the help he gave us. more
