Reason I came in was I had received a 6/1/2012

Reason I came in was I had received a flyer in the mail and a phone call. I was to receive a free $500 shopping card just for coming in and then a gas card plus tv if purchase. I did purchase and when asked about the free items I was told they weren't available for with my purchase. I called Jeremy on Monday because I didn't agree with what I was told about the gifts and he said he would check into it and let me know. Five days later and still haven't received a call or email from him. Very disappointed in his service. Customer service with the saleman was good. more

Pleasant purchas at fletcher 5/16/2012

My vehical purchase experience was a pleasant one. I made multiple visits to the dealership to inquire about different cars available. All of the salesmen were very helpful, thoughtful, and resouceful. When making the actual purchase I was very glad the salesmen were flexible and stayed late to help me after hours. It was a bit difficult to wait for the staff to fill out all the necessary paperwork because they were working with multiple customers. more

Our experience was wonderful. Steve Baysinger is a great salesman, he is very knowlegeable and gets answers to any questions that we might have. He does everything that he can to help us out. This is our 3rd car that we have purchased from him and I know that we will go to him in the future. more
