Commissioning Frank to be our photographer has been one of the best decisions we have made so far! This first thing that really impressed us about Frank is that he is incredibly fast at replying to our emails and texts. When we first contacted him about his services, I think he replied back to us in .01 seconds. Since then there have been so many wonderful surprises. I will not mention what the surprises are, but I will say they have been awesome! Our wedding isn’t until next year but we recently did our engagement photos with Frank and they came out beautiful! We had so much fun taking the pictures! We absolutely cannot wait until our wedding next year and are looking forward to more surprises! Thank you Bald Guy! more

Where do we begin about Frank Donnino... Our first interaction with Frank was over Skype because Edwin was in Denmark at that time, and I was in Toronto. From our very first Skype call, we knew that Frank was the best choice. We stopped looking for a wedding photographer from that point on, because there was no comparison. Franks expertise is not limited to his photography skills. We found Frank to be the most helpful, accommodating to our every request, and beyond committed to making us happy. Franks attitude and persona is both professional and fun, which made our wedding memorable and we honestly couldn't be happier with the choice that we made in choosing Frank to be our photographer. His work is beautiful and his 'surprises' are the best - we were always excited to check our emails to see what surprises were coming next. So me and my now husband Jake had found Frank through a friend of ours. He was a little more than we wanted to spend for a photographer, but let me tell you he is more than just that. We both agreed to hiring him to do our photos. He did our engagement and wedding photos, and let me tell you he blew us away each and every time. From the time we hired him he has been nothing but awesome. He walked us through each and every step and if we had any questions he was right there is answer them no matter what time of day or night and no matter how stupid the question was. On top of him just being there for questions we had some surprises from gift cards to the movies to a visa, just to show that he is here for us and to make sure that while planning for the wedding we didn't forget about each other. As the day got closer to the wedding he kept checking in with us to see how everything was going. A few months before the wedding he had let us know that he got diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. Jake and I were sad that this could ever happen to man like Frank. But in the same breath we were scared that he wouldn't be around to take photos for our special day. We were both contemplating on whether or not to hire someone new. He talked with us and reassured us that everything would be fine. He had given us back up plans just in case. As the wedding was right around the corner he let us know that he will in fact be there. Just him reassuring us made things so much better and a little at ease. You are probably reading all of these reviews and wondering if this photographer is actually this amazing. Practically receiving 5 out of 5 stars on all his ratings. Too good to be true?.. NO! Frank Donnino is ACTUALLY AMAZING and completely deserve all the praise and recognition he receives! When I started looking for a wedding photographer, I went directly to my sister for advice. She is a lover of photography and has a lot more knowledge about the art of photography than me. She showed me Frank’s page. She has been following him for years now and really admires his work. Instantly, I could tell why she liked his photos so much. They are beautiful, creative and really seem to capture the love between couples. I emailed Frank to see if he is available, and WITHIN MINUTES I received a response. I was happily surprised at how quick Frank responded. My husband and I first spoke to Frank over the phone and later in the week meet up with him at Starbucks. Now, I’m the type that needs to ask tons of questions about everything and make sure I understand all the details. Frank was more than happy to answer all my questions and explain every detail. When planning a wedding, it is crucial to work with someone like Frank; patient, understanding and willing to help you figure out any details. When my husband and I decided we wanted Frank to photograph our wedding, we felt a huge relief. Not only was it one thing of the “list,” but we knew we were hiring someone that we can trust, is a pleasure to be around, is professional, really cares about the quality of his work and wants us to be 100% satisfied. We had the most amazing experience with Frank and his team. From the engagement photos to the follow ups. We were concerned with health issues that were brought to our attention. But Frank spared nothing to make this a prefect day for all 3 of us. Hands down the best photography I have seen. The ability to catch the natural beauty around us and not lose focus of us, just outstanding. Frank and his team are hands down professional and great to work with. Weddings are stressful enough as it is. My main concern with a wedding is good music, drinks and a photographer to capture every moment. I contacted a lot of photographers and was left with an uneasy feeling. After contacting Frank he replied back within minutes. After meeting Frank we immediately booked with him. We just did my engagement shoot and could not be happier with the outcome. Frank met all of my expectations and exceeded the rest . My fiancé and I were praying about a photographer because we didn’t want to have just any photographer but an AWESOME photographer. We didn’t want a photographer that will take forever to give us back the memories of our love story. My fiancé attended a wedding last year, he quickly text me while at the wedding “I FOUND OUR PHOTOGRAPHER”. I was a little hesitant about the text because I didn’t meet the person yet. He took a business card from Frank and follow all the information in the bald guy website http://mybaldphotographer.com/ First, Frank scheduled a meeting with us over the phone, which was great and my spirit connected to Frank instantly. After we hung up the phone, I told my fiancé I agree with you and I would not want anyone else other than Frank to capture our engagement/wedding pictures. Then, we scheduled a meeting at his favorite spot, of course Starbucks lol, we discussed everything and he also took his time to answer every questions thoroughly and showed us some of the works he has done in the pass. I fell in love with Frank professionalism and work ethics. Frank is always in good humor and treats his customers with great care and make them feel comfortable. I can say that Frank is passionate about what he does, he does not do it solely for the money because Frank’s prices are reasonable for the amount of work and surprises that you will receive starting from the day you commissioned him. Frank captured our engagement pictures June 24 @7:15 PM. He left us with a book that will change our lives. Later that night at 10:54 PM I received an email from frank with all my pictures. WOW!!!! I was amazed, I was smiling from ear to ear. The images were so beautiful, I could not stop looking at them. I did not go to bed until 2 Am looking at the pictures. Frank Donnino is absolutely amazing! We were first referred to Frank by my father-in-law who knew him from church. He happened to follow him on Facebook and as soon as we visited his page, we instantly fell in love with his style of photography. That night, we had looked up Frank’s information and decided to contact him via his website. It was past 10:00PM and I had not expected to hear back from him until the following day or later in the week based on prior experience with other vendors. To my surprise, within approximately 5 minutes I heard my e-mail chime ring on my phone with an e-mail from Frank congratulating us on our engagement, letting us know he was available on the date we had requested, and providing us with some resources in reference to what we should look for when booking any vendor! This sort of communication remained as expedient throughout. He was eager to speak to us and so were we! We pretty much made up our minds immediately after speaking to Frank and signed the contract a few days later! Frank is a true professional and his dedication is remarkable! Along the 14 months period, we have gotten to know Frank as more than just our photographer and he has become very dear to us! On our wedding day, the weather was not in full cooperation with our ideals, but Frank had “cherry- picked” a team of photographers that had delivered the impossible with absolute perfection! We have been showered with surprises and cannot express our gratitude for the big part he has played in making our wedding day as perfect as possible. His passion for what he does is surpassed by no other! He delivered on every promise that he made to us including the deliverance of our wedding photos in less than 48 hours and has surprised us with many extra efforts! I stumbled across Frank on WeddingWire, and after clicking on the link to this website, was left speechless by the very first photo I saw. GORGEOUS! I instantly knew I had to have this “in between the raindrops Frank” photographer be a part of our wedding. Within 5 minutes of sending him an email, I received an immediate response to set up a phone call. From our very first conversation, Frank was kind, personable, and understanding of our wants, needs, and budget. Throughout the months leading up to our wedding I received several little gifts and kind notes that always seemed to come when I needed them most. Frank Donnino and his team were fantastic! We hired Frank over a skype meeting all the way from South Korea. We had read the reviews online and decided that he seem perfect for our wedding. The reviews were right, he was great! When we finally did get a chance to meet Frank in person a few months later we knew we had made the right choice. One of the perks of having Frank as our photographer were his “surprises.” It was so nice to have someone working for us that had us in mind not only on the day of our event but also before and after! On the day of our wedding we weren’t as organized as we should have been (time wise) but that didn’t faze Frank and his team. They took the lead when I needed them to and helped our day stay on schedule. The absolute best part was that our photos were ready 24 hours after our wedding and they were exactly what I had envisioned! Frank captured the day perfectly. Frank is such a kind, thoughtful and professional man. I can’t say enough positive things about Frank Donnino photography. I would recommend him and his team to everyone! We were fortunate enough to have Frank Donnino as the photographer for our wedding. From day one he was flexible and understanding that we were in need of last minute accommodations. He had been highly recommended by the Morakami Museum for being a true professional and phenomenal photographer. However, none of the reviews or recommendations did an ounce of justice for the service, and quality we received from him. We loved everything about Frank especially the way he interacted with friends and family. He came in with a plan to capture every moment, kept guests entertained, was exceptional with children, creative, polite, and exceeded all of our expectations. Our pictures were available in a timely manner, and also very easy to access. While Frank’s work clearly speaks for itself, we cannot give him anything but the highest review possible. After much researching and disappointment from other photographers, my fiancé found Frank Donnino by chance, through one of his friends wedding pictures. It only took looking at a few of them to realize that this was the type of photography we wanted for our wedding as well. With so much talent shown in those pictures, we were only hopeful that we could afford someone with such talent. When we first contacted Frank, the first thing we noticed about him was his punctuality with calls, and prompt responses to email, Text, Facebook message, etc, He will always respond within minutes through which ever media we reached out to him, like if we were his only clients. On the first call, Frank put us at ease and was very easy to talk to, to our surprise, Frank, despite his talent, is very humble and down to earth, and worked with our budget. As it was not enough, Frank took time out of his busy schedule to make us feel appreciated and he delivered a couple of surprises to us, which made the whole experience so much more special. The day of the wedding, Frank and his staff arrived promptly, he was patient as he awaited for the bride, as I had some inconveniences and arrived very late to the ceremony. Not a single frown, or negative comment was heard from him or his staff. His calm attitude and the one of his staff members calm me down, and I knew that no matter what, they have got it. During the reception, pictures were taken, we were behind schedule, however, everything was flawless, we took all the pictures we wanted, Frank was thoughtful enough to send one of his staff members to the reception before the ceremony ended and made sure all the details of the decorations were captured. There was not one single detail that they did not capture for us. Not one single emotion from us or the guests went unnoticed by his lens either. As I was looking for a photographer for my wedding I had emailed multiple people who took a while to message back NOT FRANK, I messaged him and got such a quick response.(and every time after) And I loved his pictures, but was worried my budget wouldn't cope well with his prices. As time got closer Frank was so comforting and organized making sure my every photo wish was taken care of. As the wedding got closer with his awesome advice my wedding was "unplugged" and I emailed him that I was making a sign and wanted to know if it was just him or "guy and girl" and he said "sure" so I'm expecting 2 photographers for my slightly small Friday afternoon budget wedding. I wondered how is he gonna get bride and groom pictures at separate locations all before the wedding. But my wedding day comes and much to my surprise I had Frank and his team arrive extra early to be sure to be set up and start photographing early. Not only were they accommodating to myself running behind on hair and getting dressed but made sure I got every picture I wanted. After the ceremony as I walk into the reception hall there's a table set up for a " surprise" from Frank! I('m not gonna spoil the surprise but both my guests and myself were very surprised.) The night went on and my dj played a dedication song for my late father and most photographers would have been behind the crowd or around snapping pictures of company not Frank he was right there to catch my tears mid-emotion. He caught moments for me that I am forever thankful for. As for the return on my photos. 90% of them were uploaded and emailed to me before I went to bed on MY WEDDING NIGHT. My favorite skill Frank has shown from the start on my wedding is the extra 2 mins he takes to make the picture and lighting perfect without the Photoshopping. That's what I call a skilled photographer all those others are skilled photoshoppers. I LOVE Frank and his team! They were absolutely amazing and my pictures are remarkable! First, Frank and his team are so sweet and professional - you can see their passion and love for what they do with every photo. After our initial consultation, I knew he was 100% the photographer I needed for my wedding. From there, he had lots of fun surprises for us. He always listened to what we wanted and truly delivered the day-of. He was just as excited to be taking the pictures as I was. We are over the moon that we chose Frank a.k.a. Mr. Magic as our photographer for our wedding. You are probably asking yourself, why magic? Magic is when someone has supernatural powers. James and I feel that Frank portrays supernatural powers in many different ways. First, we have never seen in our lives a person answer e-mail as quick as Frank. He answers e-mails within minutes, sometimes seconds. It’s really unbelievable! Next, we never met a man so considerate and hardworking like Frank. The day of our wedding, we felt like our friends were taking our wedding photos. Frank and his crew made James and I feel so comfortable while they were capturing our special day. My introduction to Frank Donnino came through the eyes of a five-year-old boy’s photograph plastered on the home page of my Facebook account. I could not get over the feelings this picture emoted and immediately asked my friend, “Who took this picture?” Frank Donnino, “My Bald Photographer” as he is affectionately known, chimed in his thanks for my approval and my friend private messaged me the details of how amazingly patient and child friendly he was with her little ones and added that he is really a wedding photographer. The rest is history. A little background about me, I studied Theatre Arts and Television and Film production in New York City, so I know a little bit about a camera lens and how to tell a story through pictures. At that time I liked Frank’s Facebook page and began to receive his pictures and posts. I could not help but to browse through his public portfolio and was blown away by the passion I could feel in every photograph. When I surprisingly got engaged some months later, the choice for a photographer was a no brainer. We contacted Frank Donnino and our journey began. From our initial encounter, a question and answer online application to receiving our photographs within days after our wedding, Frank was Outstanding. Every email, every conversation, every meeting, every little surprise from Frank ended with his motto … At Your Service…. And he truly was. From tips on what to wear for our engagement photographs, to how to drop a significant amount of weight in a short time, to where in the garden to set up our chairs and sending us weather forecasts and updates the week of our wedding, Frank went Above and Beyond what we expected in a photographer. On the day of our wedding, we chose to have “first look” pictures and the bulk of our photographs taken before the ceremony. Frank used this opportunity to tell our love story in a raw yet romantically creative way. My husband and I are MORE THAN please with Frank as our photographer at our wedding. Frank is full of special surprises for his clients and is rapidly responsive for any questions, concerns, needs, wants, etc. Frank was able to handle our large family as well as our 2year old daughter and capture breathtaking shots. The best part about frank is that there were photos playing in a small slideshow at the RECEPTION for everyone to have a sneak peak. Better yet, our photos were ready in LESS THAN 24 hours! Frank Donnino has greatly exceeded my expectations as a photographer! I am so happy I have chosen him to shoot my wedding in November. His personality and quick response initially made him a top runner in my selection of photographer. I voiced my concern about my wedding being at dusk and the fact that I wanted pictures captured with minimal lighting. He was quick to send me examples of weddings he did at night time, and even sent me some “fun” pictures he took of his church worship band sitting around a fire. I am very impressed with his skills but more so, I am impressed with his attention and response. There are some vendors out there that do not respond in a timely manner. Well, Frank is NOT that person! He makes you feel like you are his only client…in addition to really knowing his stuff. I just had my engagement photos shot by him AND I AM BLOWN AWAY! The ambience, love, and passion that he captured during moments I did not even realize he was shooting…well, they are just amazing. I have not even had my wedding yet but from my engagement photos alone, I would highly recommend him to anyone! If my wedding is half as good as these photos were, we’ll be ecstatic.
