Oh where to start! I have been going to Franco's for the past twenty years. Have tried others, but always end back at Franco's. This family owned restaurant and pub have the greatest employees - friendly, quick, helpful, fun. A great place to hang with your friends in the pub, or bring the whole family to the restaurant side. Pros: Everything - food, staff, fun! Cons: Friday nights you may have to a few extra minutes for pizza or calzones since they are so busy. more

Good New York Style Pizza in Boston 1/15/2007

The staff has always been friendly to us. We get pickup so I can't really comment on eating there. My wife is a transplanted NYer and she missed NY style pizza. Its not exactly NY pizza but closest we have found near Boston, with the possible exception of Pizza Regina. Pros: Inexpensive, don't have to worry about Moody street traffic if you are coming from the South Cons: None yet more

RUDE RUDE SERVICE 1/4/2007

The old owners were nice, friendly etc. Looks like I won't be trying their food now...that's okay...there are PLENTY of other great pizza place in Waltham. Too bad for Franco's...
