Unreal...They lost my business. I asked for just a price on a 150 count sticky circular sandpaper. The lady would not even give me a price without a $20 deposit. I told her I wanted to make a purchase, but not if it was $95 a roll, and if I didn't purchase I would lose the deposit. they didn't used to be that way. I talked with other merchants and said they've heard plenty complaints. Wow, and they used to be the place to go. They need to sell to someone that treats customers with respect-like the other guy said, she seemed offended when I asked why that policy. My last trip across town there. Very disappointed. Be Careful - Went here looking to get custom mix aerosol can and was told $20 deposit. Lady and fellow behind counter would not give me a price and acted offended that I would even ask. Man said was too busy but there was only one other customer in store with me at the time. Lady took down my name and number and said she would call me with price; never heard from her. Seriously, how hard can it be to quote a price on mixing an aerosol can?? I suppose they sucker you in with a deposit and back door you when you show up to pick up the merchandise or otherwise forfeit your deposit. A very shady way to do business. Seems they don't want to have to compete by price with like businesses. I will now always go to their competitor even if have to drive farther as up front businesses should succeed and ones like this should not. WARNING - IF YOU DO BUSINESS HERE AND THEY WANT A DEPOSIT, GET THE TOTAL PRICE IN WRITING. more

I trusted this business and wish I hadn't. They claimed they were too busy to tell me the price of the paint I had mixed. Since I had the same paint mixed at another businees I trusted them to mix it and charge a similar price to what I had got before. Wrong! more

Good place to go for paint needs. They have a lot if items you cant find anywhere else, good customer service more

Go here for unusual items you think u cant find. This store has been in business for a long time. Very friendly staff and eager to help you more

This is a really old store that has been around for a while. If you need something the have it or will try to find it for you. I would recommend it to anyone. more
