All in all it was a good experience. The guy that repaired our porch roof was outstanding!!!! It exceeded expectations. The team seemed to go out of their way to meet my needs. They were all very professional. I do feel that the start to total completeion was a bit drawn out, but since I wasn't pressured for any payments I guess that didn't really matter more

The job was completed in two days. This was very fast. We weren't totally sure what day the project would start because of all the rainy weather. more

Originally, I was referred to Franciscus Incorporated from their signs but I didn't know anything about them. I asked my neighbor about them, because they had their roof redone by them. They told me all about Franciscus Incorporated so I gave them a call. Lee, himself, came out to my house to meet with me. He was even willing to come out and meet with the insurance agents. It really made the entire process easy to deal with. It's like they hold your hand every step of the way. If I had a question, he would answer it quickly and work to remedy any issue that came up. Lee was very patient with me and delivered multiple samples to me and provided addresses to drive by to see work he'd done. He is just a very nice person with great customer service skills. I had such a good experience my first time using Franciscus Incorporated, so I used them again for another roof and siding project and they did a really great job! I think when you find a contractor you're comfortable with, you should stick with them since they are tried and true. I was so happy with the results. I've recommended them to a lot of people already! They really took good care of us and there is no question, I would definitely go back to them! Kay Carbone more

The crew came on a thursday morning,there were no shingles or dumbster here before starting.That didn't stop them from starting their job,they put tarps down and started their tear-off.That should not have to happen,now they have to do double the work,picking up the mess they made with the tear-off.The shingles and dumpster didn't come for hours after the crew started.I also had to say something to the crew about throwing their cigarette butts in the yard, because we have a puppy that puts everything in his mouth.I also didn't understand when the truck came with the supplies that no one took inventory of what was off loaded,that caused a 2-3 day delay in the completion of my roof job, that took 5 days before the job was done.Thank goodness for good weather that week.I want to say that the crew did a great job on the roof and keeping me informed on what was going on.I think the company needs to be better organized before sending a crew out to the job,and that all the supplies are there to complete the job in a more timely manner. more

THE ROOFING CREW DID EXCELLENT. THE SOFFET CREW WAS ALSO EXCELLENT EXCEPT FOR SOMEWHAT BENDING OUR BUSH BEHIND THE GARAGE. THE GUTTER CREW LEFT SOME SCREWS THEY SHOULD HAVE SEEN AND PICKED UP. SEAN SAID CALL HIM IF WE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR DECISION TO USE FRANCISUS. more

We received heavy roof damage from the May 23rd storm. After trying to deal with some other roofing companies, we finally called Franciscus. We dealt with Anthony Latina who was absolutely great to work with (He wasn't a used "car salesman" like some of the other companies). When it was time to get the roof installed the crew was super polite. The weather was 98 plus degrees, and not only did they do an outstanding job on the roof, but they did just as well with the cleaning up process. We will highly recommend Franciscus to any one and we would be glad to give any further references. more

They showed up when promised, They cleaned up everyday so that you did not even know they were there, and the they worked hard and stayed late to finish the job. Incredibly professsional Crew! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic roofing job! more

All in all a great experience. Marc Stout is/was excellent to deal with. His assistance and knowledge helped in discussions with insurance company (roof was paid for with insurance proceeds). I referred him to a number of my neighbors and he won additional business for Franciscus. Roofing crew was courteous, efficient and great to deal with. Clean-up was excellent. Only one issue. Ridge vent along top of house has a small dip. It detracts from the appearance of the home. I would have liked to have had a discussion about how to rectify prior to finishing the roof. more

The guys did a quality job on the roof, but the site needed some additional attention and debris removal. Over all, working with Sean has been a pleasure. more

Franciscus has worked with our condominium association to replace (double tear-off) roofs on multiple buildings. The info sheet helped notify residents of what will be happening during the process. Amazing clean up. Responsive, fixed any problems immediately. more
