Jill Mock is a professional, conducts herself as one, but always feels like a friend when I come visit. I enjoy her as a person as well as a stylist! Front desk staff always work with me if I have questions on anything. They try to make me feel welcome. I always enjoy the available hot drinks, too! :) more

I've had trouble finding a good stylist in town and was thrilled to find Fran Coy! I came based on the recommendation of a stranger after I told her that I liked her haircut and asked where she had her hair done. This place is cheaper, faster, and better than my old salon, and has a very nice, updated space. I tend to rely on the advice of my hairstylist to give me tips on what style would work best for my hair, and my stylist here has given me some of the best haircuts I've ever had, PLUS free bang trims. I love it! (btw, I'm 26 and haven't noticed the clientele leaning toward any one age group)? more

But it has a great atmosphere, really friendly people and very reasonable prices. I am always treated well, from the front desk staff to the stylists and estheticians. Alisa does a great job with my hair. And as a bonus for this busy working gal, I've never had to wait for an appointment and I've been in and out quickly. They have me hooked! more

Upon entering this facility, clients are greeted by a well dressed and mannered staff that caters to their needs until being taken for their services. The services are top notch, as well as the products I purchased. For the level of service you receive at a salon and spa who's prices are quite comparable to others in the area, I highly recommend Fran Coy's. more

Ann Arbor's Salon & Spa 5/9/2009

Ann Arbor FINALLY has a world class salon! I've been going to Fran Coy's for more than 10 years and LOVE their newly remodeled Salon! When I go there I feel like I could be going to a top salon somewhere in New York or Chicago. Their employees seem to be trained really well and my overall experience was really positive and feel free to recommend this place to anyone. more
