My wife and I went to Fralo's Art of Pizza on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon for what we anticipated was going to be the best pizza we have had to date. Utter disappointment is all I can say. Wait staff was horrible (we never received a single refill), Pizza was tasteless, and way overcooked (Basil was charcoal as was the crust). Way overpriced, and service time was horrible. We sat near the kitchen so i could see and hear everything that was going on. I was stupified to see that (2) pies was burnt, but the wait staff still decided to serve them and just ""see if the customers will take it"". I mean come on...suck it up and take some pride in the food you serve. I would never send out something that was below my standards and just hope my customers will just let it pass. We did receive on the house some breadsticks, which by the way, were sitting for at least 15 minutes, cold, and just drenched in butter or olive oil. And finally to add insult on to injury the bill came which took us another 10 minutes before the waitress decided to grace us with her presence. I could understand some of the delay if they were on a wait but there was maybe 10 tables (all of which her waiting for at least an hour) for 2 waitresses. Maybe Fralo's needs to concentrate more on the art of basic service and quality control, before trying to tackle the art of pizza.
Pros: Very nice setting
Cons: The food and service
