My daughter and I visited the shop looking for pageant wear. The staff never acknowledged us until initiation from us. I was in the middle of a conversation with sales associate and she just walked off and went to the aid of another customer. This retail establishment has much to learn about customer service. Very rude and impersonal. We highly recommend spending your dollars else where. more

This place did an alright job but the service was horrible. I was trying to tell them what i wanted and i felt like they were completely ignoring me. more

With the economy the way it is right now I don't see how this store can stay in business, the sales people are more interested in talking on the phone than helping customers spend money. When I asked for help you'd have thought I was asking someone for the impossible, the girl that waited on me rolled her eyes constantly, not sure if it was me or something else but I felt very uncomfortable. The clothes look dated and they all look the same however I was able to find one dress that would work for the occasion. I had driven 1 1/2 hours because this store was recommended, needless to say I probably wouldn't go back. Pros: I'm not sure if there are any.... Cons: Rude and had to ask them for help, no one offered. Their look appears outdated. more
