excellent! 10/14/2008

Foxyhound does the most professional job of grooming my dog of anyplace I've ever gone (and I've been taking dogs to be groomed somewhere for 40+ years). They also obviously love the animals. Very nice, classy, and clean place. 2 paws up! Pros: quality and service Cons: out of my way more

Do not go here, especially if you have a Bichon 8/10/2006

My experience was more than disappointing. Although I was told they knew how to work on Bichons, the result left much to be desired. The groomer asked if I wanted the full Bichon head and I told her that I did. My dog came back looking like a mutt. His head was flat and he was cut like a poodle. My friends said I should have complained and refused to pay, but I didn't. Needless to say, I will not be returning. If you own a Bichon, DO NOT GO HERE! \r Pros: decent customer service Cons: they don't know how to groom a Bichon more
