Dani knows her stuff. She is always on time to appointments and readily accessible. I have lost 50 pounds under her kind and expert supervision. I knew nothing of training and have found her to be informative; she varies the workouts so that my body does not get 'used' to a specific routine, constantly getting stronger. I have had a difficult time mentally in taking on this challenge and have found her supportive and flexible to what is going on with me on that day, yet she does what a trainer needs to do, push you, make sure you suit up and show up. I can say without reservation that I would have quit anytime in the past 6 months without her constant presence and expertise.\r
She also focuses on what goes in your mouth, which, let's be honest, is highly relevant. I have kept a food diary at calorie-count-dot-com which I turn over weekly to her. This keeps me honest and also answers the question if I am not losing the weight I desire. She is going to CSUN to become a Registered Dietician and focuses on nutrition as part of her service which is important to me. Having dieted most of my life, I am already a bit of an expert on making the right choices on what to eat, and still, she brings more knowledge to the table and this has helped me modify and keep it real when it comes to choices I have made. \r
She has arranged workouts with me at the gym at work, the park, and my home; I find her willing to do whatever works. \r
You will not be dissapointed. Even when you are dissapointed in yourself, she will help bring you back around with a dose of reality of where you've come from. Every day is an opportunity to start anew and build on the past accomplishments and realizations. \r
Best wishes on your new path forward.
