Foxy delivery is a great, local delivery service. The driver showed up in uniform and was very polite. The customer service people in the office were very friendly when taking my information. I recommend this service. Pros: fast more

Good customer service, but..... 10/24/2008

Foxy has great customer service, HOWEVER....There is always the exception to the rule. I went into the office to arrange for a delivery of a large piece of furniture from a discount store that doens't have delivery and the owner herself told me that in no way would the furniture be taken out of the box or set up by her company. When I told her that I wouldn't need that service, she became very frustrated, and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. The office staff looked miserable, and a man I assume is the dispatcher was yelling and swearing. I will NEVER use their services again, nor will I recommend Foxy to anyone!!! Cons: Where should I start?? more

Teriffic service. I can't say enough good about my experience with them. I asked them to provide some very-out-of-the-ordinary shipping needs which had been turned down by another courier but Foxy came through for me. They did exactly what I asked them to do. Their cost was amazingly low too considering what they did for me. Thanks Foxy! Pros: My whole experience with them Cons: Not a thing ( really mean it!) more

Best delivery service in Western New York 11/1/2007

On numerous occasions, I have had the need to use Foxy Delivery in emergency situations, when notice given to Foxy was extremely short. They have always been courteous, prompt, and professional. For very reasonable pricing, Foxy accomodated our needs without hesitation. I would recommend Foxy Delivery to anyone needing delivery services. Wheter our needs for deliveries were large, small, scheduled or emergency, foxy delivery was and is the best!!! Pros: Always there when needed, prompt and professional more

direct deliveries 11/1/2005

How can they claim they do direct deliveries when they are making 2 or 3 stops in between and still charging the additional fee for direct service!! I will not be useing Foxy for any of my future deliveries. Pros: Nice drivers Cons: Poor Customer Service, Slow Response time, Pushy sales people more
