I have a 2011 Kawasaki Z1000 and will not take it anywhere else than Fox Shawmut Hills. I tried taking it to the old Treads and Sleds (now Grand Rapids Powersports) twice to them not being able to figure out the problem with my bike. I took it to Fox Shawmut Hills and not only were they able to figure out my clutch problem, they found other issues that GRP left unnoticed. Thank you to Denny, Dave and Dale for your help! more

I just picked up a used 2007 Honda Shadow Spirit (VT1100C) and love the ride. I am not so pleased with the dealership; Fox Shawmut Hills in Grand Rapids, MI where I purchased this bike. Prior to my purchasing this bike, they assured me this bike had been completely ?gone through? by their Service Department and that everything was perfect on it. I found different. more

Not sure what Maggie V. is talking about, unless she was paid by Village for her bad review. I've been going to Shawmut Hills for over 10 years and have never been treated bad. Their salesman have been there for a very long time, which means they KNOW what they are selling and how to not pressure you into a sale. They actually care about you and what you want to buy. Bill Young is the best one. Village's sales staff doesn't know anything about what they're selling. Ask them how long they've been selling in the business! 2 out of 3 are fairly new and BS their way to the sale. I've had my boat and motorcycle in for service and Denny & Jeff treated me well. more

worst experience ever, i will never return to this place, the sales team is horrible and what i heard from my friends never use them for service. the moment i walked in a was greeted by some washed up sales staff that didn't know much about the products they were selling. Just that they wanted to sell them. On my recommendation i would recommend village motor sports over them any day. more
