Fox Portrait Studio need originality. 12/17/2010

I took my son for his senior pictures with high expectations of a great picture setting and original ideas. I was very disappointed in my shots I know I waited to late to get them redone by my appointment was made 4 weeks in advance. I could of got the same results from Sears or Target. Then when said something they acted like its to bad. This was an expensive mistake I will not make again. Nor will my friends. more

Nice studio 6/21/2006

We chose to have our daughter's pictures taken at the studio in Mt. Clemens and were pleased with the results. The photographer did a great job in listening to my requests but of course put her own unique artistic view on it. The photos were expensive but we felt worth the price. We would feel comfortable going back there again. more

Fox - not recommended 4/28/2006

I have seen too many people go here for their wedding photos and have such problems. The staff are not friendly to start out with, but the quality of pictures are not great, and when they tell you they will be back in 3 weeks it is more like 6-8 weeks. It is really disappointing to have to wait so long for these pictures. Their prices seem a bit higher than the average also. more

Great customer service 11/2/2005

We went to the Fox in Rochester. Our salesman was AWESOME. Not only did they have 1000's of picture examples, but loads of ideas. We sat and chatted with our salesman about everythign from weddings to snowmobiling. The week before the wedding the photographer called to get some input from me and we were on the phone for 2 hours. The actual photos were incredible and they were the most reasonable for the package we wanted! more

Great wedding photographer 7/27/2005

Our wedding was in Lansing. Fox Portraits did not charge us extra to travel. The photographer arrived timely and got all the pictures we requested. He stayed longer at the reception than was expected. Fox is a little pricey, but definately worth it for an important event like a wedding. more
