Fox & Fox Frame & Wheel SVC

I had an accident and was referred to Fox and Fox by a freind of mine. I am very glad they did. Right from the start they helped me through the nightmare of the insurance stuff, and through excellent comunication kept me informed all the way through the process. They got my car repaired and back to me in great shape and on time. The car looked great and drove better than it did before the accident. These guys are awesome. I would recomend them to anyone. A friend referred me here because they do all the matinence and repairs to her truck. I struck a curb with my car and got all my repairs done here and got a good price. The service staff was friendly and took the time to write me an estimate not only for the suspension work, but also the damage to the body of my car. I ended up having all the suspension and body work done here and they did a wonderful job. My car looks great just like it did before i wrecked it (actually a little better!) and drives just like new.The I was even surprised when i went to pick up my car that the bill was around $45 less than the original estimate!! A good honest business!! When i saw it i was so impressed how clean it was and they took time explained to me everything about what they had done to my vehicle and all my warranty information for the new parts they put on. I had my tires aligned though Kelley Automotive and they did a terrible job. The car still shakes and they told the car was fixed. I took the car to Noble County Tire where one of the tires was not even in government regulations. I would chose someone else and this is the only place Kelley uses to my knowledge. I would stay away Cons: Terrible Customer Service. Below par service more
