Foust Flooring LLC

I first used Foust Flooring when we had the bathrooms at our church renovated. They installed a beautiful tile floor for us at a good price, so I went back to them when I had problems in my home. We had some water damage to our wood floors, resulting in discoloration near a pet water dish, some warping near the refrigerator when it sprang a leak, and finally some rotting in a corner due to a roof leak that was not discovered for some time. In addition, we had some cracks due to settling, and lots of wear and tear in the high traffic areas. We asked them to replace the damaged areas, repair the cracks, sand, and refinish most of the first level of the house. The results are stunning and the cost was very reasonable. They even helped move some of the larger pieces of furniture. I give them my highest recommendation. more

We've used Foust Flooring for several years. This most recent job was for tile flooring. Their prices are competitive, but they do exceptional work. They're good at communicating with you so there are no problems. more

I've been using Foust Flooring for four or five years. Most recently they did tile and flooring for me, and they did a good job. They did what they said they would do, and they were here when I needed them here. They're a great group of guys, and it's a good company. They've done good work for me! more

This review is based on the customer service provided by Foust Flooring, because they haven't done the installation for me yet. Our schedules are off. I can't take anymore time off of work to be here during the week and they don't usually work on weekends. However, they are willing to work with me and are planning on working on a weekend to help me out. I can't believe they're are willing to come in and work on their days off! Amazing! My customer representative is Amber, and she has been really wonderful! Basically, Amber sold me on day one with her great customer service and her wonderful rapport with me. I have had to deal with Foust Flooring mostly over the phone, emails and through texting due to my busy schedule. Most places make you go to their showroom. But Amber understood and even mailed me tile samples to my home. I received a large box that had been sent by two-day mail full of samples she thought I might like. I've never encountered that depth of customer service before and definitely wasn't expecting it. She included better options for my home and budget all based on the colors in my house that I had described to her. Also, she kept in constant contact with me through follow-up phone calls. I have felt very important throughout this entire process. I am excited for the installation to take place. I hope it lives up to the service I've already received from Foust Flooring! more

I hired Foust Flooring to to some work in my home, after they were referred to me by another customer. They replaced a floor down in my basement, and put some tile in. They gave me a very high quality floor, and were able to put it in very quickly. The personnel at Foust were wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and professional, and gave me some great suggestions that I ended up using. The materials they use are very high quality, and they were able to offer me very competitive pricing. Make sure to give them a call, because they will work with you to give you what you want at a good price. more

I really was impressed, very quick and thorough. We had a shower ripped out and re installed with benches and the works I'd reccommend them and thats a rarity now a days more

Overall, we were happy with the service and product we received from Foust's. They were always prompt and polite (a rarity, unfortunately) and returned calls in a timely manner. They put in new kitchen and bathroom floors for us, and their quote was fair. They did underestimate the amount of time the job would take, but were able to finish up immediately the next day. Our only complaint was that when moving our refrigerator back across our new hardwoods, they scraped the floor in several places. When we expressed concern about this, they said there was no way around it because our refrigerator was so heavy. This was disappointing, since they said during the estimate and on day 1 of the work that moving it would be no problem, and even told us not to worry about unloading it. They did not deduct money from the total cost for the damage. I don't think most people who visit our home would ever notice, but I do. :( more

I appreciatte the attention to detail Brian and his guys gave our home, work was exceptional. We put in ceramic tile in our kitchen, laundry, shower, and guest bath, I would truly recommend these guys to anyone. we finally remolded our home which is about eight years old, we called Foust Flooring, the came out gave us an estimate, and scheduled us in quickly, It was almost easy, and out floors are amazing. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Pros: the price they estimated was exactly the bill, amount of materials was down to last box on everything Cons: wish i would have known about them sooner more
