Again, this is my favorite place in Tampa for Cuban coffee, which I like black (cafe negro or cafe solo). The owner is very eager to please the customers, whether it's the regular politicos who stop by early on their way to work or the local folks who come in later for coffee and Cuban toast and/or lunch.
Pros: A wonderful known quantity for the Cuban coffee.
Cons: Limited Hours -- Closes @ 1:00 p.m.
