The apartment we lived in was really nice, we liked it a lot. I had a nice little patio with bird feeders and a view of the woods. They allow pets, which is a big plus for me. \r

The number one complaint that I have is about that silly gate. The gate was broken and non-functional more often than not. They never seemed too interested in fixing it. We could never get the phone system to work either, (buzzing to get in) We always had to drive to the entrance to let our guests in. Once the gate got stuck, and people were trying to leave for work in the morning. The gate broke when they were trying to open it, and the manager said she was going to figure out who did it and hold them responsible for the damages, I thought that was sort of crappy, since the gate was malfunctioning and forcing them to be late for their jobs.\r
