When you show up at a nice hotel to pick-up your parents, you often feel uncomfortable or out of place as you stand in stuffy lobby or interact with robotic staff. Not at the Four Seasons. All of the staff that I encountered were friendly and genuine vs. formal or condescending. The doorman even remembered me after the first day.
The lobby was beautiful and surprisingly contemporary, but still kind of warm and cozy. The lounge and bar were pretty cool with interesting views of Market Street. My parents room was larger than my apartment---next time they can stay at my place and I will stay at the Four Seasons.
Pros: Amazing Healthclub, Huge Rooms, Cool Bar
Cons: Valet hard to find
