They have finally completed a total remodel of this hotel. It took them along time but the wait was well worth it. Great accomodations with good service. more

Hidden Diamond 3/27/2008

I have passed by this hotel over 100 times and never thought to go take a peek inside. I had been looking for locations for my wedding and had no luck. However when my instinct kicked in I decided to go and take a look. This place is beautiful inside. There is a great peaceful courtyard and the staff is great. The rooms have flat screens tv's in them and the beds are very comfortorble. I cannot wait to celebrate my big day at such a wonderful location. more

GREAT! 3/14/2008

Their rooms are plush and comfy with up to date equipment. The service is wonderful and the courtyard has a lovely waterfall in it. It seems like you would be able to hear the traffic from Hopyard, but you can't I love it. more

This is one tired and weary hotel. Although it has gone through a major rennovation recently, it is still tired and weary. One side of the building fronts Interstate 580, so guests have a hard time sleeping due to the constant traffic noise and poor insulation. Many of the employees are tired, stressed, overworked and under appreciated. While the cosmetics of the hotel may be new, many of the employees have been there for years and it shows. Their customer service is horrible. In four years, there have been more than 5 front desk managers. There is no consistency or quality in their service. more
