This is one tired and weary hotel. Although it has gone through a major rennovation recently, it is still tired and weary. One side of the building fronts Interstate 580, so guests have a hard time sleeping due to the constant traffic noise and poor insulation. Many of the employees are tired, stressed, overworked and under appreciated. While the cosmetics of the hotel may be new, many of the employees have been there for years and it shows. Their customer service is horrible. In four years, there have been more than 5 front desk managers. There is no consistency or quality in their service.
