I just had my friend staying there, and they had nothing but complements. They noted specifically that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice (not gorgeous, but above average, and certainly above expectations). The location was great, close to the universities and easy access for getting into the city. The subway is close by, which easily takes you into the city, or cabs can take you directly in for approx <$8. more
