No Cookies?! 1/21/2006

This hotel is slightly over-rated. It has an appealing foyer and you might just think you have just checked in to an elegant Novi hotel. Beyond the nice foyer, the hotel is just as average as any other. No continental breakfast, no cookie upon arrival, no cookies at all during my 3 night stay (I called down to the front desk every day). I received a discounted rate for business which was a good thing. Pros: Pool, Hot Tub, On site Rest/Lounge Cons: Front Desk Staff, No Cookies more

We stayed her after a concert and I was very impressed. They were packed with guests yet you wouldn't be able to tell by the quality service you will receive. The staff was pleasant, the food was great and it left us very happy. They feature a pool, spa and great workout gym that you should check out if you stay. more

Excellent Experience 5/30/2005

We had a great experience at the Doubletree Hotel of Novi when my brotther in law got married. Excellent atmosophere, great catering service, and nice rooms. Book in advance for your wedding party or other occasions. In his case, they rented a block of rooms for the wedding party and it worked out great. more
