I have taken my dog to be groomed for three years by another groomer, She has always been beautiful. I tried Four Paws on a groupon and the girl did a great job. I asked her what the real service would be and she told me 50 dollars . I took Buffy today and was charged 70 00 because they said she was matted. I brushed her before taking her and she had a small mat on her belly. They showed me this huge wad of hair where they actually had thinned it out with a couple of mats . They are definitely not getting my business ever again . Bad business , rude lady, taking cash only....she told me I was crazy when I rejected her information about the mats. more

Avoid taking your pet to Four Paws Spa in Bixby! The owner is a woman named Laura who was aggressive, disrespectful, loud, and rude. She refused to accept a valid Groupon, added additional charges for an unnecessary, unrequested service, and said we had to pay in cash to pick up our dog. The quality of the service was POOR, the customer service was BELOW POOR, and it felt like we were in a hostage situation and being forced to pay ransom in order to get our dog out of that place. Protect yourself and your pet. If they’re going to treat people the way they treated us, I can only imagine how they treated my dog! They are NOT members of the BBB - that says a lot!!! more

This is the WORST place for pet grooming!! I bought my daughters each a groupon for their pups and this place was absolutely RUDE and accused them of using a coupon twice on the same day. They are too ignorant to understand they only wanted to ride together since it was quite a distance! (From Catoosa to Bixby!) The lady who runs the place was yelling at her on the phone, refused to schedule them together and scared my daughters into not trusting to leave their dogs there. Their dogs are the nervous type, so they would have been scared out of their minds in that environment. GROUPON stepped up and gave them a 100% refund. more

Beware 9/1/2009

I waited till 9:47am and left a note on the door about how disappointed I was. I just firgured a this business had higher standards because of some of the good things I had heard, but apparently they do not, sorry to say I will never go back. more
