we were muddy creek patients for three years before we got very tired of being overcharged and didn't find much bedside manner after we had a very sick labrador retriever who needed a referral to a specialist for a special operation. we finally moved to four legs by a referal from a friend and we found a wonderul vet practice. the front office staff was wonderful and helpful, dr. bassford and others were comforting, honest and we really felt that they did not promote unnecessary procedures, tests or medications. \r

this vet practice really cares for the patients (as in, the PETS) and they aren't so worried about the money.\r

we had to euthanize one of our dogs two years ago and they told us not to worry about the bill, they would just bill us later. they also took care of all the arrangements to make sure we got the remains back in a timely manner, etc. \r

i missed my old vet from baltimore city until we finally found four legs animal hospital. we have recommended them successfullly to many pet-loving friends in the area. \r

give this practice a try if you are tired of your current vet. it's worth an extra drive even if you aren't in the immediate area. \r
