Needs lots of up keep. Manager needs to follow up on getting residents to maintain there lots and homes. Does not present well to the public. My husband loves the place, me not ...

Needs lots of up keep. Manager needs to follow up on getting residents to maintain there lots and homes. Does not present well to the public. My husband loves the place, me not so much. Lots of barking dogs. The park is convenient to most of yours needs. Public transportation is convenient. Its such a shame it could be a beautiful place. more

A good place to live. . . 1/11/2008

We moved to Albuquerque in February of 2002. We bought a used mobile home in the park for the money that I had in my bank account. (not much) We could have bought a better one or one more expensive but I hadn't planned on staying in a mobile home for any length of time. We had decided to get a mobile home and stay in it until we found a home I liked, or till we decided whether we wanted to stay in Albuquerque. more
